How does the self-cleaning function work?

After each cleaning session, place the unit on its charging base and press the self-clean button. The system automatically fills the brush chamber with 60°C hot water, rotates the brush to remove debris and bacteria, then drains the dirty water. A 5-minute heated drying cycle follows, using warm air to completely dry the brush and prevent mould growth. The entire process is hands-free and takes approximately 10 minutes.

Can it clean under low furniture?

Yes, the 180° lie-flat design allows the main body to fit under furniture as low as 14cm, whilst the brush head can access spaces just 9.8cm high. The Liquid Separation Motor continues operating at full power even when completely horizontal, maintaining suction performance. This makes it ideal for cleaning under beds, sofas and kitchen units that traditional upright vacuums cannot reach.

What floor types can it clean?

The H14 Pro works on all sealed hard floors including tiles, laminate, hardwood, vinyl and linoleum. It's not suitable for carpets or rugs as the wet cleaning function could damage these materials. The 520RPM brush speed and controlled water distribution are specifically designed for hard surfaces, providing effective cleaning without oversaturation that could harm wooden floors.

How long does the battery last?

The rechargeable battery provides up to 40 minutes of continuous cleaning time on a full charge. Battery life varies depending on the cleaning mode selected - intensive cleaning modes consume more power. The charging base fully recharges the battery in approximately 4 hours. LED indicators on the handle show remaining battery level during use.

Do I need to use the cleaning solution?

The 120ml cleaning solution tank is optional but recommended for best results. Plain water can be used for light cleaning, but the cleaning solution provides better stain removal and leaves floors with a fresh scent. The smart distribution system automatically adjusts solution concentration based on dirt levels, so a full tank lasts for multiple cleaning sessions.

How much does it weigh and is it difficult to manoeuvre?

The unit weighs 5.7kg, which some users find heavy when lifting. However, during use, the GlideWheel power system and balanced design make it feel much lighter. The smart wheel algorithms provide smooth movement in all directions and the unit essentially guides itself across floors.
